RULES & REGULATIONS (Category, qualifications, finals...)


TECHNICAL RULES

The competitions will be held in accordance with the FIG technical regulation, FIG code of points 2009 – 2012, AERO Dance & AERO Step FIG rules and FIG rules for the International Age Group Competitions.

AGE LIMITS

FRENCH OPEN SENIORS : FIG rules 2009 - 2012
  • IW, IM, MP, TR, GR : FIG rules (18 & over)
 
FRENCH OPEN JUNIORS (15 – 17 years) : FIG rules (AG2)
  • IW -  IM – MP – TR  - GR          
                              
FRENCH OPEN ESPOIRS (12 – 14 years) : FIG rules  (AG1)

JUDGES AND JURIES

Each federation registered must send 1 or 2 judges with a valid FIG brevet in French Aerobic Open.

In case of not having a judge, the amount of 1 000.00 euros must be paid to the French Gymnastics Federation.

EVENT FORMAT

QUALIFICATIONS :
The maximum number of competitors in qualification rounds is TWO per category and per nation.


FINALS :
FRENCH OPEN SENIORS
The 7 best competitors of DELEGATIONS in each category
(maximum 2 per nation).
The 3 first French competitors in each category after the qualification rounds
will participate in Finals as this Aerobic OPEN is also the National Championships.
 
FRENCH OPEN JUNIORS (AG2 : 15 – 17 years)
The best 8 competitors of DELEGATIONS in each category (maximum 2
per country) from the qualifying rounds will participate in Finals, including 1
French competitor at least.
 
FRENCH OPEN ESPOIRS (AG1 : 12 – 14 years)
The best 8 competitors of DELEGATIONS in each category (maximum 2
per country) from the qualifying rounds will participate in Finals, including 1
French competitor at least.
 
FRENCH OPEN AERO STEP & AERO DANCE
The 7 best  teams of DELEGATIONS (maximum 2 per nation)
The first 3 French teams of the national championships will participate
in the Final of the French Aerobic OPEN

• A diploma of participation will be given to all members of the delegations.
 
• A diploma of FINALISTS will be given to all Finalists.
