For those delegations which do not book their accommodation through the OC, the OC declines any responsibility for the local transportation.

The delegations have to cover themselves travel expenses, accommodation, catering and entry fees.

• 50% of the room rates and meals must be paid by the date of the provisional entry to Organizing Committee (10^th February 2012).

• The remaining 50% has to be paid to the Organising Committee (10^thMarch 2012).

Cancellation policy for accommodation and meals :
  Refund of 40% for cancellations received 2^nd April 2012 or earlier.
  Refund of 30% for cancellations received before 10^th April 2012.
  No refund for cancellations received after 10^th April 2012.
